What we customize on the line

Eight common customization vectors. Anything outside this list — we will tell you up front whether it’s feasible.

Custom cable length
Patch cords from 0.5 m to 200 m in 0.1 m increments. Pre-terminated MTP/MPO trunks up to 1 km on request.
Custom connector
Any combination of LC / SC / FC / ST / MTP/MPO, single- or duplex, UPC or APC, BiDi pairs, mixed-end breakouts.
Custom color
Standard color codes per fiber type (yellow SMF / aqua OM3 / lime OM4). Custom jackets from 200 m MOQ, including stripes.
Custom logo label
Thermal-print on connector boot (any quantity) or silk-screen on cable jacket (1 km MOQ). Your artwork, our line.
Custom packaging
Printed bags from 5 000 pcs (plate fee waived above 10 000). Neutral white-label always available, no MOQ.
Barcode and serial label
Customer-supplied Code 128 / EAN-13 / Data Matrix barcodes printed on each cable label. Serial sequences on request.
Mixed-SKU pack
Cables, transceivers, splitters, and panels packed per project SKU list, labeled by destination room or rack.
Project BOM support
Send your data-center or campus rollout BOM in Excel — line-by-line quotation, compatibility flags, smart substitutions.

Four steps from spec to dock

The same workflow handles a single custom-length jumper and a 5 000-cable trunk project. The only thing that changes is sample-vs-spreadsheet sign-off.

Email a BOM, drawing, sample, or label artwork — anything that pins down what you need.

24-hour quote
We come back with unit pricing, lead time, MOQ, and any feasibility flags before you commit.

Pre-production sample
For new SKUs we ship a sample for sign-off before mass production starts. No surprises at the dock.

QC-tested shipment
Every cable IL/RL tested, every connector end-face inspected. Test report rides with the export docs.
