QUALITY CONTROL
Tested before shipment is non-negotiable
Three-stage QC — incoming material, in-line inspection, pre-shipment full-batch testing. Every shipment carries a PDF test report tied to a traceable batch number.
The eight checks every order goes through
From raw material on the shelf to the carton on the truck. None of these get skipped for rush orders.
Incoming material
Every batch of raw fiber, connectors, and ceramic ferrules is sampled on arrival. We keep one consistent supplier per material category so batch-to-batch behavior stays predictable.
Connector end-face
Every connector inspected at 200× magnification for surface defects and contamination. APC connectors verified at the 8° angle tolerance via interferometer.
IL / RL test
Every patch cord goes through insertion-loss and return-loss testing on a calibrated source-meter pair. Pass thresholds: IL ≤ 0.3 dB SMF UPC, RL ≥ 60 dB APC.
Length & polarity
MPO/MTP polarity (Type A/B/C) verified on a polarity checker. Length tolerance ±5 cm for ≤ 10 m, ±0.5 % above 10 m.
Compatibility coding
Every batch of compatible SFP/SFP+/QSFP transceivers bench-tested on the target switch family (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Nvidia/Mellanox, HPE Aruba) for link-up and DOM stability.
Packaging audit
Bag sealing, anti-static wrap, carton layout, desiccant placement, and label/barcode positioning are all checked before the carton is sealed.
Pre-shipment report
Every shipment carries a digital PDF test report — IL/RL per cord, compatibility log per transceiver, polarity per MPO — with batch traceability.
After-sales traceability
90-day return-replace policy; every reported failure logged to the batch traceability system so root cause is investigated without finger-pointing.
IN-HOUSE LAB
Eight specialized test stations
Reliability, dimensional accuracy, environmental endurance, regulatory compliance — tested in-house, not subcontracted.

End-face geometry
Apex offset, fiber height, radius of curvature — within IEC 61755-3 limits for every polished connector.

Dimensional inspection
Coordinate-measuring of ferrule OD, eccentricity, and ferrule-to-housing concentricity on every connector lot.

Pulling-force test
Horizontal pull test on assembled cables to verify minimum tensile strength per IEC 60794-1.

Vibration test
Random-vibration profile applied to packaged transceivers and cabled connectors to validate transport durability.

Temperature / humidity cycling
Programmable temp-humidity chamber: −40 °C to +85 °C cycles, ≥ 95 % RH soak — IL/RL drift checked at each setpoint.

Flammability (UL VW-1)
Horizontal and vertical flame test on PVC and LSZH jackets to confirm self-extinguishing behavior.

Salt-spray corrosion
Connector metalwork exposed to 5 % NaCl mist per ASTM B117 to certify coastal / marine deployment readiness.

RoHS / REACH compliance
Material declarations verified per batch; X-ray fluorescence (XRF) on connector metals for heavy-metal limits.

TRACEABILITY
One serial → one test record → one raw-material lot
Every cable serial we ship maps to a test record, which maps to a raw-material lot. When a unit fails on installation, we can pull the lot and check whether other units from the same batch share a defect pattern — without finger-pointing.
- PDF test report attached to every export shipment.
- 90-day return-replace with one-page incident form.
- Batch-recall capability for material-level defects.
