What information should I provide for a quotation?
For fiber patch cords: connector type (LC/SC/FC/MPO), fiber type (SMF/OM3/OM4), length, color, packaging.
For transceivers: data rate, distance, target switch brand and model, quantity.
For splitters: ratio (1×N), package type (mini / cassette / ABS box / rack-mount).
For any item: target price, MOQ, delivery country, expected lead time.
Do you support custom logo packaging?
Yes. For small quantities we use sticker or transfer-label on standard bags (no MOQ). For larger orders we can print custom bags (5,000-pc minimum). Send us your logo file (AI, EPS, or high-res PNG) for a packaging proposal.
Can you provide neutral packaging?
Always. Neutral packaging (white-label anti-static bag, no factory mark on the carton) has no MOQ. This is the default for distributors who resell under their own brand.
What is your MOQ?
Standard SKUs: 10 pcs for trial orders. Custom-coded transceivers: 10 pcs per coding. Custom-color jackets or custom-printed bags have their own MOQs (see the Customization page). We are flexible on first-time orders.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. Sample lots are encouraged for new buyers and project qualifications. Sample pricing is per-piece without bulk discount. Sample shipping is via DHL/FedEx, normally 5-7 days door-to-door.
How long is the lead time?
Stock SKUs: 7 days from PO confirmation. Custom-coded transceivers: 15 days. Bulk patch cord orders (5,000+): 20-30 days depending on connector availability. Lead time is confirmed in writing on every quote.
Can you ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or sea freight?
Yes to all four. Samples and orders under ~50kg ship by express (DHL / FedEx / UPS, 5-7 days). Bulk orders go LCL or FCL by sea (25-45 days depending on destination). We also support bonded forwarding for tariff-sensitive routes.
Do you support compatible coding for SFP modules?
Yes. We support coding for Cisco (N9K, 9300, Catalyst, ASR), Juniper (EX/QFX/MX), HPE Aruba, Mellanox/Nvidia, Arista DCS, Brocade, Dell, and most other major OEMs. Tell us your switch model — we will confirm compatibility before quoting.
What if the product has quality issues?
Return-replace within 90 days with photos and a brief description. We carry full batch traceability — every reported failure goes into our QC log so we can identify root causes. There is no restocking fee for legitimate defects.
Can you help confirm product specifications before ordering?
Yes — this is one of the most useful things we do for new buyers. Send us your switch model + use-case + distance + fiber type, and our engineering team will confirm the right transceiver / cable / connector before you commit to a PO.
