Single-channel 1×2 DWDM filter device — one common port and two channel ports — for adding or dropping exactly one ITU C-band wavelength to / from a DWDM-multiplexed fiber. Useful for distributed add/drop nodes, optical performance monitoring tap points, and single-channel upgrades to existing CWDM systems.
Specify the dropped ITU channel at order time — any 100 GHz or 200 GHz channel in the C-band (e.g., C21 = 1560.61 nm, C33 = 1550.92 nm, etc.). Typical insertion loss is < 0.8 dB on the pass channel and < 1.2 dB on the dropped channel; channel passband ≥ 0.5 dB at ± 0.1 nm; isolation > 25 dB adjacent and > 35 dB non-adjacent; return loss > 50 dB; PDL < 0.3 dB; operating temperature -40 to +85 °C.
Packaging is a sealed mini steel tube (5.5 × 60 mm) with three 0.9 mm or 2 mm jacketed fiber pigtails. Connector options include LC/UPC, LC/APC, SC/UPC, SC/APC, and FC/PC at 1 m default pigtail length (customizable). Each device ships with a per-port IL / isolation / RL / PDL test report.
