Optiunik PLC splitter for FTTx, PON (GPON / XG-PON / XGS-PON / 10G-EPON), CATV, and metro splitting applications. Manufactured on our own semiconductor-process PLC chip line with end-to-end IL / RL / PDL screening; every output port within ± 0.6 dB of uniformity across all channels and the full operating temperature range.
Standard split ratios cover 1×2, 1×4, 1×8, 1×16, 1×32, 1×64 and 2×2, 2×4, 2×8, 2×16, 2×32, 2×64. Insertion loss is < 3.6 dB for a 1×2, < 7.2 dB for a 1×4, < 10.6 dB for a 1×8, < 13.7 dB for a 1×16, < 17.0 dB for a 1×32, and < 20.5 dB for a 1×64. PDL < 0.3 dB; return loss > 55 dB; uniformity < 1.5 dB; operating wavelength 1260–1650 nm covering O, E, S, C, L bands; operating temperature -40 to +85 °C.
Packaging options include bare-fiber blockless (smallest footprint, lowest cost), ABS box (most popular for ODFs), LGX cassette (for patch-panel integration), mini steel tube (for splice trays), and 1U / 2U rackmount with front-mounted SC / LC connectors. Connector options are SC/UPC, SC/APC, LC/UPC, LC/APC, FC/UPC, and FC/APC; pigtail length is 1 m by default and customizable. Each unit ships with an individual IL / RL test report per Telcordia GR-1209 and GR-1221.
