200G QSFP56 optical transceiver — 4 lanes of 50G PAM4 modulation in the standard QSFP form factor. Pluggable into any QSFP56 / QSFP-DD cage with appropriate signaling; backward compatible to 100G QSFP28 cages at half data rate where required by switch silicon.
Reach variants: SR4 (100 m / OM4 via MPO-12), CWDM4 (2 km / SMF via duplex LC, low-cost FR alternative), FR4 (2 km / SMF via duplex LC, CWDM wavelengths), LR4 (10 km / SMF via duplex LC, LAN-WDM wavelengths). DDM / DOM enabled via CMIS over I²C. Max power dissipation 5.5 W. Operating temperature 0 to +70 °C commercial; industrial -40 to +85 °C on request.
Programmed for Nvidia Spectrum / Quantum, Cisco IOS XR / NX-OS, Arista EOS, Juniper Junos, and Mellanox MLNX-OS coding as requested. Each module ships with a full Tx-Rx-BER test report on the customer's target hardware platform. Typical deployments include spine-leaf 200G uplinks, HPC fabric interconnect, AI training cluster mid-tier, and 100G→200G migration paths.
