25G SFP28

25G SFP28 transceivers are the modern ToR-to-aggregation uplink standard, the dominant 5G fronthaul interface, and the standard breakout target for 100G QSFP28-to-4× 25G assemblies. The SFP28 form factor reuses SFP+ cages but at 2.5× the per-lane data rate. Optiunik produces 25G SFP28 modules across 25GBASE-SR (100 m / OM4), CWDM4 / SR4 short-reach, LR (10 km / SMF), ER (40 km), BiDi (10 / 20 / 40 km), and tunable DWDM variants. Every module supports DDM / DOM, draws < 1.5 W typical, is rated commercial (0 to +70 °C) or industrial (-40 to +85 °C), and ships programmed with the customer's target switch coding. Backward compatible with SFP+ cages at 10G if needed.
