Compact ABS-housed CWDM mux/demux module for cabinet, rack, and pole deployments where 1U rackmount space is unavailable. The ABS plastic case (typically 100 × 80 × 12 mm) protects the WDM optics, with fiber pigtails (LC/UPC or SC/UPC) exiting one side through a strain-relief sleeve.
Channel counts of 4, 8, 16, and 18 are stocked on the CWDM ITU G.694.2 grid. Typical insertion loss is < 1.8 dB for 4-channel, < 2.5 dB for 8-channel, < 3.8 dB for 16-channel, and < 4.5 dB for 18-channel. Adjacent isolation > 30 dB, non-adjacent > 40 dB, return loss > 45 dB, PDL < 0.3 dB, operating temperature -40 to +85 °C.
Pigtail lengths default to 1 m and are customizable; connectors include LC/UPC, LC/APC, SC/UPC, SC/APC, FC/UPC. Optional 1310 / 1490 nm expansion ports can be added for PON overlay. Common deployments include cabinet-level access mux, metro splice closures, and tower-top cellular fronthaul. Each module is GR-1209 / GR-1221 tested and ships with a per-channel test report.
