Direct Attach Copper (DAC) twinax cable family covering the full pluggable form-factor ladder — 10G SFP+, 25G SFP28, 40G QSFP+, 100G QSFP28, 200G QSFP56, 400G QSFP-DD — in both straight and breakout configurations. Passive variants for 1-3 m, active variants for 5-10 m where signal integrity demands signal-conditioning silicon.
All cables use 26-30 AWG twinax conductors (gauge varies with length); EMI shielding via overall braid plus per-pair foil; pull-tested to IEEE / SFF / OSFP-MSA mechanical specifications. Operating temperature 0 to +70 °C commercial standard; -40 to +85 °C industrial available. Plug-and-play with no driver / firmware needed; auto-negotiation supported per the IEEE Ethernet standard for each speed.
Programmed for Cisco IOS XR / NX-OS, Arista EOS, Juniper QFX / EX, Nvidia Spectrum / Quantum, Mellanox MLNX-OS, Brocade FOS, Huawei VRP, H3C Comware, and many other platforms. Breakout options include 1× QSFP+→4× SFP+ (40G→4× 10G), 1× QSFP28→4× SFP28 (100G→4× 25G), and 1× QSFP-DD→8× SFP28 (400G→8× 50G). Custom lengths in 0.5 m increments.
