MTP/MPO Patch Cord

MTP / MPO trunk cables carry 40G, 100G, 200G, 400G, and 800G parallel optics signals through a single connector — a 12 or 24-fiber ferrule that connects in one click rather than the 6 / 12 individual LCs of a duplex panel. The MTP® is the high-precision premium variant of the generic MPO connector and is qualified to lower IL / better repeatability. Optiunik produces 8-fiber (used for 40G-SR4 and 100G-SR4), 12-fiber (Type A / B / C polarity), 16-fiber (for 400G-DR8 and 800G), and 24-fiber MTP/MPO trunks in OS2 single-mode and OM3 / OM4 / OM5 multi-mode grades. Pinned (male) and unpinned (female) ends, custom polarity, and custom lengths in 1 m steps. Each cable is tested for insertion loss per fiber and ships with a CSV-format multi-fiber test report.
