Factory-terminated MTP/APC-to-LC/UPC pre-terminal multi-core fiber-optic patch cord — single-mode 9/125 µm OS2 duplex 12-fiber breakout (fan-out) for DWDM long-haul and 100G-LR4 / 400G-LR4 parallel-optic deployments. The MTP end uses APC polish (8° angle) for return loss > 65 dB; the LC ends use UPC polish (return loss > 50 dB) for compatibility with most transceiver Rx ports.
Construction: G.652.D single-mode fiber 9/125 µm, MTP/APC 12-fiber connector at one end, 12× LC/UPC duplex (6 duplex pairs) on a furcation block at the other end. Per-fiber IL < 0.35 dB; reflectance MTP < -65 dB / LC < -50 dB; bend radius 30 mm dynamic / 15 mm static.
Standard furcation block tail lengths 0.5 m to 1.5 m, customer-specified. Standard cable jacket LSZH 3.0 mm; PVC, OFNP, and armored variants available. Total cable length 1 m to 100 m in 1 m increments. Use cases include 100G-LR4 to 4× 25G-LR fan-out, DWDM line-side multi-channel breakout, and DCI 12-fiber-to-12× LC patch panels. Each cable ships with a per-fiber IL / RL test report and a polarity / pin-out map.
