Standard Patch Cord

Standard duplex and simplex fiber patch cords are the building blocks of every structured cabling system. Connector compatibility, polish geometry, fiber grade, jacket fire rating, and length tolerance all matter — small variances at the connector cause large variance in real-world link budgets. Optiunik produces patch cords with every common connector (LC, SC, FC, ST, MU, E2000), UPC or APC polish (8° angle for APC), single-mode (OS1 9/125 µm, OS2 G.657.A2 bend-insensitive) and multi-mode (OM1 62.5/125, OM2 50/125, OM3 laser-optimized 850 nm, OM4 extended-reach 850 nm, OM5 wideband multimode). Jackets in PVC, LSZH, OFNP / OFNR plenum, and outdoor armored. Custom lengths in 1 m increments, custom labels on request. Every cable is 3D-interferometer inspected at both ends and ships with an individual IL / RL test report.
